The Friends of the Library are dedicated to supporting the Public Library. Founded in the early 1950's, the Friends of the Gulf Beaches Public Library sponsor:
- Children and teen programs
- Author lectures
- Educational programs
- Equipment purchases
Book Sales
Ongoing book sales are always available at the two book sale shelves, located in the entrance way.
If you have books you would like to donate, they can be dropped off at the Library. We also accept recent college textbooks.

It takes good books to make a good library. It takes great "Friends" to make a great library. Share the satisfaction of supporting our Library. Together we will strive to make our excellent library better. Join Us!!!
Membership applications can be picked up at the Circulation Desk in the Library. An individual membership is $10.00, a family membership is $20.00, a lifetime membership is $100.00, a business membership is $100.00.
No time commitment is required for membership, but if you would like to become more involved, you can help with the book sales and other activities.
